Tuition and fee rates are subject to change each year, typically effective at the start of a new academic year.

REFUND POLICY

A student who submits a semester registration form, tuition, and fees and finds it necessary to withdraw writes a letter notifying the Program Director. A student who withdraws from the school prior to the start of classes is eligible to receive a full refund of tuition. Admission, registration, curriculum support fee, and late fees are non-refundable. Absence from class does not reduce financial obligation or guarantee that a final grade will not be recorded. The withdrawal date is the date the letter of withdrawal is received by the Program Director or registrar. The refund policy schedule is different from the extended payment plan and federal student loan schedules. Therefore, receiving federal student loans or making tuition payments according to extended payment plan deadlines does not ensure that a balance will not still be due if a student drops out. The tuition refund policy schedule for 2023-24 follows:

Approved drop in writing before the 1st class meeting:100% refund
Approved drop in writing before the 2nd class meeting:75% refund
Approved drop in writing before the 3rd class meeting:50% refund
Drop on or after the 4th class meeting:No refund

Cost of Attendance

An estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) is used by the Financial Aid Office when processing applications for financial aid and student loans.  This estimate is based on average costs incurred in a specified program of study.  At BGSP, tuition is charged at a per-credit rate, so the costs will vary depending on your enrollment status (part-time vs. full-time).

When estimating the total cost of an education, consider both direct expenses and indirect expenses.  You are billed by the school for direct expenses, including costs such as your tuition and fees each semester. Indirect expenses include estimates and allowances for relevant educational expenses not paid directly to the school, such as books, training analysis, living expenses, and relevant personal expenses.

The estimates below are for Full-time students.  For information on the estimated Cost of Attendance for a part-time student, please contact the Financial Aid Office at financialaid@bgsp.edu or 617-277-3915.
